A signature white blend from Stellenbosch, Hazendal Semillon Sauvignon Blanc combines hand-selected Semillon grapes with lively Sauvignon Blanc. The Semillon undergoes partial barrel fermentation for texture, while Sauvignon Blanc is fermented in stainless steel to retain freshness. The blend is assembled with precision to achieve harmony between body and vibrancy.
Tasting Notes:
Expect aromas of fresh lime, passion fruit, and gooseberry, with underlying notes of honeycomb and flint. The palate offers tropical mango, crisp green apple, and citrus zest, balanced by a creamy texture from the Semillon. The finish is long, fresh, and mineral-driven.
