The Macallan 12 Year Sherry Cask is a flagship of their Speyside range. It’s matured exclusively in hand-picked, sherry-seasoned European oak from Jerez, Spain unlike many whiskies that co-use bourbon casks highlighting The Macallan’s ardent pursuit of sherry-cask mastery.

Tasting Notes
Nose of dried fruits figs, sultanas blended with spiced plum and sweet oak leads to a palate rich in chocolate, orange zest, and baking spices. It finishes smooth, warming, with a call of ripe fruit and sweet oak lingering long.

Serving Suggestion
Neat in a tulip glass to savor the sherried aroma. A small drop of water can soften the spice. Superb with spiced brioche or fruit-and-nut bread to reinforce its sweet-sherry complexity.
